Designs shown on my site can be custom made to your child's measurements. Changes can be made to any of the designs shown on my website. If you are looking for something unique I will work with you to create an original design. Occasionally I will offer items that are available for immediate shipping so be sure to keep checking back often!! For a really GREAT deal, check out my E-bay auctions!! My user ID is shellyspageantwear. The items listed in my e-bay auctions start at low prices and do not reflect the actual cost of a custom order. This is for promotional purposes only!! Please feel free to take advantage of the savings!! If you are looking to have an original design custom made, please e-mail me with the details of the outfit you are looking for. I will not make copy's of an original design!! Changes can be made to any of my designs to give it a new look! Custom orders usually take around 3-4 weeks, sometimes faster. I will not keep you waiting for months and months!! Please order a least 1 month prior to your pageant date! Rush orders fees are $25.00 for 2 weeks or $50 for 1 week. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee or your deposit will be lost. I begin orders immediately after a payment is made and if it is cancelled I must be reimbursed for my time. I want my customer to be happy therefore I will work with you as much as possible until you are satisfied with your design. PLEASE measure accurately!!! I cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measuring. if your not sure how, its best to have a seamstress take the measurements for you. You can CLICK HERE to use this helpful measuring chart. Payments can be made through www.paypal.com to shellyspageantwear@yahoo.com or you can choose to pay with a money order. Please be sure your shipping address has been provided if paying through paypal. I require 50% down before I can start on your order. Payment must be made in FULL before your order will ship. All orders are first come first serve!! Rush orders must be paid in full. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. I ship through USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days. You will be billed for the actual shipping cost which will be calculated when your order is complete. I will ship overnight express if needed, please specify. All items will be insured!! All pageant wear on my site is made by me!! If you are unhappy with your order please contact me with-in 7 days. If I do not hear from you... I will assume everything is OK! After your order is in, absolutely NO changes can be made without additional charges! Since all orders are custom made to your child's measurements I cannot offer returns.
